Orders & Payment
Choose your suit, select your size and tap Add to Cart, then check out with your name, phone number and address. You can also order directly on WhatsApp using the Order on WhatsApp button on any product page.
Yes. Place your order and pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Direct bank transfer is also available at checkout.
Every order comes with the Open Parcel option. You can open and check your suit in front of the courier before paying. If it is damaged or not what you ordered, simply hand it back on the spot.
Delivery
No. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. We currently ship within Pakistan only.
Our suits are stitched and in stock, so we dispatch your order as soon as it is placed. The only wait is the courier delivery time to your city.
Sizes & Fit
Yes. Every suit is fully stitched and ready to wear in Small, Medium, Large and X-Large.
Open the Size Chart on any product page. It lists shirt and trouser measurements in inches for every size. Between two sizes? Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Yes. Custom stitching is available. Share your measurements with us on WhatsApp and your suit will be delivered in about 10 days, shipping included.
Returns & Care
Because you can check your parcel at the door before paying, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a parcel has been accepted. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always replaced or refunded.
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no extra cost. Read our full Refund Policy.
Care instructions are listed on every product page. Lawn and cotton suits: dry clean for the first wash, then hand wash in cold water. Raw silk and organza: dry clean only.
