Refund Policy

At SamiaAqsa Collection every suit is checked before dispatch, and with our Open Parcel option you can inspect your order at the door before paying. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been accepted, except in the cases below.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer (or to your original payment method for prepaid orders) within 7 working days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, please share your bank account details when we confirm your refund.

Open Parcel option

You may open and check your parcel in front of the courier before paying. If the item is damaged or not what you ordered, you can refuse the parcel and let us know through our Contact page.
