Terms and Conditions

By using samiaaqsa.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders we may call you to confirm before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or stock issue, and any payment received will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery and direct bank transfer. Prices and offers may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery

We currently deliver across Pakistan with free delivery on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or other delays beyond our control.

Product colours and sizes

We try to show product colours as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been accepted. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded under our Refund Policy. With our Open Parcel option you can check your order at the door before paying.
